Claire is a Yoga Scotland trained teacher, whois insured by Yoga Scotland.
Yoga is a wonderful movement practice which gives a sense of wellbeing within the the body as well as integrating body, mind and breath.
The yoga Claire teaches is an exploration of movements and their effects on us. We all work at our own pace and to our own abilities.
